Bangladesh Ambassador to Thailand presents his letter of credence

20 April 2021, Bangkok: Today Bangladesh Ambassador to the Kingdom of Thailand H.E. Mr. Mohammed Abdul Hye has been granted the royal audience to present his letter of credence to His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua of Thailand at the Ambara Villa, Dusit palace in Bangkok. While receiving the credentials the King welcomed Bangladesh Ambassador to the Kingdom. He recalled his fond memories of visiting Bangladesh and mentioned the warmth and hospitable nature of the Bangladeshi people. H.E. Ambassador conveyed warm regards from the Hon’ble President and Hon’ble Prime Minister of Bangladesh and conveyed the invitation on behalf of Hon’ble President to visit Bangladesh in His Majesty’s new role as the King. His Majesty King of Thailand appreciated Bangladesh Ambassador as he is familiar to Thailand owing to his earlier stint in the Kingdom from 2004-2007. His Majesty wished the H.E. Mr. Mohammed Abdul Hye best wishes in his assignment. Following the presentation of the credentials a reception was hosted by the King in honour of the new Ambassadors. The event was broadcast at the national media of Thailand with due importance.
